Buyer protection

With Design Italy, customers are guaranteed the opportunity to return the purchased items (does not applies to made to order products)  within 14 days from the delivery date in case of defects and damages occurred during transportation and if you enforce the right of withdrawal.

 

For orders from December 1st, the return is extended until January 15th.

 

In addition, the products are insured by Design Italy against  theft and damage during shipment until the delivery.

 

In order to return your items, the shipment must be made with the courier chosen by Design Italy. 

 

To start the return procedure, contact our Customer Care service by writing an email to customercare@designitaly.com within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive the products.

 

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with the labels and their original packaging included.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Please bear in mind that customized and handcrafted products, made to order products, and vintage products cannot be returned, with the exception of products that bear damages or imperfections.

 

Once the request procedure is completed, Design Italy will send a confirmation by e-mail, containing the waybill to be applied externally to the package and the return note to be inserted inside together with the product.

Once your item has been returned, verified and the claim validated, you will receive the due refund via the same payment method chosen at your check out, excluding standard shipping costs.
