Emanuele Drago
Italian visual artist Emanuele Drago is based in Milan and has been painting for twenty years. He spends a majority of his time painting in his studio and working as a theatre director and set and costume designer.
"The subjects of his paintings are inspired by his travels to Africa, where he loves to go on photographic safaris. His pieces feature the use of the enveloping and warm colours of African landscapes, and he often uses natural, mid-tone palettes and soft lighting in his creations."
Each painting is custom made, as the original has been sold, and he creates a similar painting in the size requested. Each painting is similar to the original and uses the same colours, but is not identical. His paintings are part of private collections in Montreal, Berlin, Rome, Milan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Miami, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Paris, New York and other cities.
